You are correct, I totally missed that. That doesn't change what GL would have done, but completely changes what I would have done with Shazam.

batgirl doesn't have Bat Symbol on that click. Also rookie hawk is 12av, unless I am missing something.

You are right on Batgirl. As for Hawk, the feat Not so special kicked in but it wasnt need anyways. Batgirl would have attacked regardless.

it is, but its not a Special Power. NSS requires that the user doesn't have any Special Powers, OR any Traits. But the specified part for the defender is only that the defender has a Special Power. Traits aren't mentioned.
