The feedback system doesn't work without negative feedback being left. If somebody wants to trade with Drax at a later date and time, will they look for this thread? Or look at his feedback?

Karma would dictate that you leave an informative negative feedback, despite the eventual resolution. And Drax seems well aware of that in his post.

He usually makes sense. And I know I traded with Drax at least once...however, I agree with the negative as "informative"

If neutral is an option, than that would suffice for information purposes. It was my understanding that neutral feedback was officially frowned upon though. Am I misremembering that?

it is appropriate as far as I can tell. I did say that it is Neutral or Negative and there is no specific emphasis on the order I wrote them.

You are right. It is more than you deserve. A negative should have been left.

Negative should be left...despite 'coming through' the negative means that most folks who would trade with the partner would wait for the person with the lower iTrader to send first.

Right now this point, once folks have a high enough rating to sell, the only purpose of the iTrader rating is to determine who sends first. Folks that back out of trades, delay sending for an unreasonable length of time, or have a history of poor communication should all have to send first.

The feedback system ultimately does little else. I try to leave a public comment that lets potential traders know what they are in for (almost always good news, but I occasionally lead clues to rough edges to be aware of) and I use the private thread to track addresses and trade details.

Well.......ahem...loudly clearing throat....in the past Mods have told me to leave negative.
Reason stated was that so everyone else on Realms can see visual warning. Only difference was never got bunch of stuff, down the line, in my case they simply did not send after deal was struck...nothing lost on my end due to being higher itrader.

Right, right. I've left negatives, in the past, for having to hunt down and FORCE my trade partner to actually come through. I got my stuff, but it was most certainly a "negative" experience. Now, each situation varies, but I'd say waiting months qualifies.

I left neutral stating in the public comment about a 5 month wait. People have diff views on things, and as others said had to hunt down to get what the deal was originally. I got about 4 ttimes more of the original deal. My experience was neutral. I waited 5 months=negative. I got a crap load of really good stuff= positive. Those cancel out to a neutral, if he does decide to trade again, don't do business with the guy. Other wise I can careless about what people think he deserves. He came through, end of story.

Sheesh. Your kinda acting like a child about it but if it makes you feel better I'll create a new trade thread just for you we can agree to some silly trade I won't send and you can leave me a negative.
