Kira teamed up with a couple of heavier Fed ships with rear arcs and torpedoes is going to be great. She'll make it easy for them to target and fire while the enemy is still trying to come about/restore shields/restore cloak/etc. All they have to do is keep their course (and survive the alpha strike, but that's neither here nor there).

I love her. She will be mine. Oh yes.

Mine was a good post too! Kira was the only thing good about that ship IMO. Everything else about it screams to me "STAY AWAY!!!" The good news is that at least you can turn the ship into an independent, the bad news, you can't turn Kira into a Fed this time.

The upgrades and other captains and elite talents are unique yes, but again, they are Bajoran so you'll need to pay a premium when putting them on non Bajoran ships.

I just ordered 3 Federation Shuttlecraft and 3 Bajoran Interceptors to mod the extra Federation Attack Fighters I'm sure to get in March.

I'd always "thought" of whole fleets as faction pure. But since you can't really field a Bajoran fleet right now this would be pointless. Yet it makes perfect sense to run a pure Federation ship and a pure Bajoren ship together.

I think I kinda want this...

Pop the cloaked Defiant off a tactics base and get a couple of these Bajorans, and it's a Maquis fleet. Hopefully Voyager gives us some independents to work with.
