WIN/LOSS: 1-3 The GF version has some nice powers at a decent cost. His values are low, though, and this means once he starts getting hit he is going down quickly. There are those who are willing and able to abuse the Welcome to the Legion trait. It isn't my bag so this version does little for me.

Decent utility piece but you're not going to get 70 points here unless you are taking full advantage of his wildcard and Toughness dispensing. CB is rarely going to be making attacks and will be trying to enable the rest of your team to do their thing. The Pulse Waves don't gel well with the supporting powers... you'll be hurting your teammates a lot of the time.
