I played him in a tournament against a guy using Nekron which says his powers can't be countered, does Kelly's trait still take affect?

He's not countering powers, he says "can't use".

Not the same, you were robbed.

Actually I got to use that power and take away Nekrons willpower, the guy complained the whole time and I still hear about it... And this was last year.

A few questions:

When he dies, does your opponent heal their characters with the chosen keywords or do the characters friendly to kelly heal?

Also, when they have 1 action token, then use perplex/outwit, then attack and get another action token, do the effects of outwit/perplex go away?

Under new rules, his trait is just like using outwit. It suspends the use of outwit or perplex (See page 29 of the rulebook). As for when he is KOed, friendly characters with the chosen keyword to Kelly are healed.

So just to be clear, it's characters friendly to kelly that have the chosen keyword are healed 1?
