1) If Miracle is targeted, he will use his trait to dodge a hit - no theme PCs vs attacks on Miracle if he is able to use his trait-dodge
2) No theme PC on SAs targeting John as long as he still has Protected available. He will use Protected on an SA that gets past his Super Senses
3) Will always theme PC if you need a 9+, will not theme PC if you need a 5 or less
