Well, seems pretty clear, then. Unfortunately, most of the GL's revealed don't have willpower unless they are using a Green Ring on the Green Battery resource ... kind of makes the whole set of figures dependent upon that resource to gain something that - as written in comics - all GL's by right must display in order to qualify for the ring in the first place.
Kind of stinks, imo. The GL's are all kind of de-powered as a whole with this set it seems to me with these moves.
We'll have to wait to see how it plays out fully, but I'm not impressed with this move at all for the sake of comic-accuracy. Given all the indom all over the place in FI, I figured *at least* the GL's from this set (more than other lantern corps members) would have indom as well. That doesn't seem to be the case.
I thought the ring would be a good way to moderate that, but apparently not. It's the whole friggin' resource required to moderate it ... not exactly inspiring.

Actually every single Green Lantern Revealed so far has Willpower at some point on their dial.
Even the lowly recruit with his power:
WILL: Green Lantern Recruit can use Willpower. When an opposing character targets Green Lantern Recruit with Outwit or Perplex, roll a d6, and on a result of 4-6 ignore that effect.

How do they gain willpower from the Battery? It lets some figs on your force gain the benefits of the attached ring but the wording of the ring doesn't change.

An attacker targeting multiple figures should have to declare damage dealt to each target before making their attack roll. It just makes sense.

Check out the Corps Members section on the power battery -
When a friendly character has any constructs on it's card, it is called a corps member and is assigned the Power Battery. Friendly corps members can use the the ability of the constructs on it's card and the ability of the Power Ring attached to the Power Battery.

And the ability of the ring still says that if you have the Green Lantern Corps keyword, you do not gain willpower. Just +1 to your values.

Sorry I thought he was asking where do characters get willpower from rather than where do characters with the Green Lantern Corps keyword get willpower from. I agree that they only get the +1 to values and not willpower.
