Just wanting to double check. I see no tactics. So does this mean we get everything in part 4 of the rule book and don't use them?

No special objects, no resources, no bystander tokens, and no themed teams? I think those are the the only 4 things in part 4 of the rulebook that are normally modern legal. I've seen in the past people say no tactics, then theme team bonuses are allowed. I'm fine with no tactics, I just wanna make sure everyone's on the same page.

I was getting close to a final build then I realized theme teams were part of tactics, as well as special objects. I don't mind scrapping and going to square one, I just wanted to make sure I have to.

theme team will still be allowed. that is the only part of tactics being allowed.

Ok... we got the speech bubble etc thing worked out.. sorry i didnt check this for a bit.. very very busy w/ family stuff. for any future reference. No, speech bubbles, constructs via traits, black witch's relic ability are not considered tactics due to the fact that they are brought in via the character.
