I don't think shadow cat can do that halo does not have one of the armor robot or vehicle keyword. It says and in the power implying she must do both

oh, i've always had it ruled that she can attack someone who is adjacent PLUS anyone with those keywords if she moved through their square. (i think the "AND" is what makes the combo possible) we can ask though, because i'd like to know for sure going forward. plus, i was thinking about putting thundering blow on her. that would be pretty nasty.

actually, i don't know. i think push damage is taken after actions resolve, but i'm not up to date on everything.

i think in this case incap goes first
