Previews might help generate pre-orders as well. You know, little things like letting people know what's going to be in a set and it's breakdown.

I am loving the Characters that Uncanny is going to be giving us. I love the Red Hulk and I love Apocalypse. Mr. Sinister is a nice catch as well is Sabretooth. Villain Team are going to be something to really fear once that Set drops. Namor and Black Panther are nice additions as is Ant-Man and X-23.

I think they should have lead the Games Release with Uncanny and then let AvX become the second Set.

Over all, this game is amazing and I think we are going to be seeing A LOT of amazing Marvel and hopefully DC Sets come forth. I am also looking for the possibility of Franchises such as TMNT and Judge Dread come forth, in my head, the possibilities are endless and amazing. Such a good game that it has replaced Heroclix with a ton of die hard Clixers

I can't give you a really good way they could have handled this differently.

I can, however, give you a laundry list of ways they could have handled other things differently. They probably would get a free pass on this one, but at this point, they've burned their customer base so many times that they just don't get slack anymore, even on the rare occasions they might deserve it. It's their own fault.
