Way more clix then I need and way TOO much money spent.

Just doing a rough estimate I would think somewhere in the 6000-7000 clix figures. My 2 sons and I have been playing since the game started. We collected everything up until about 3 years ago when we decided to just stick with DC & Marvel clix. An occasional Indy type set we would go after if we liked the theme; Gears of War, Pacific Rim, Halo,, Assassin's Creed stuff like that. We skipped Lone Ranger, Iron Maiden, YGO.

Currently for Marvel, I would say we are missing 100-150 to having every set, Con Ex, LE, etc. from being complete since IC.

For DC, which is my favorite, its probably less then 50 pieces we need to complete all of it since Hypertime.

Money wise, I hazard a guess, but maybe $7000 - $10,000. You break that down over 12+ years and its not that bad I guess. But it shows how much we love playing the game over the years.

I've got few thousand maybe? Not actually ever counted them up but I'm sure it's a lot. I really don't want to think what I've spent, though to be fair I have been playing since Infinity Challenge came out and I do a lot of trading to get pieces I need so it's probably not as bad as I think.

Side note - I have most all my collection on display too (link in my sig) and that many clix are pretty impressive to look at all at once. Of course there's a bunch that didn't make the display too...

There's a certain store next to universal studios that, when I'm near, I HAVE to buy an ASM booster. So a GG booster when I started, plus 5 ASM boosters, then singles from my local venue, and finally blind ctd boosters should be around: $700 I think. Yikes...I can't imagine some of you guys pain

I just started playing, I bought a couple gravity feed boosters and the Colossal Sentinel from DoFP, a case of Deadpool, and a case of GotG. I also got some plastic tool cases from Harbor Freight to protect my pieces. I've spent about $400 total.

A lot of both, but much less than I have in the past.

EDIT: Spreadsheet shows 1338 lines. This doesn't take into account multiple copies of any generics.

just say more than I care to estimate on both questions, but it's been
mostly a great deal of fun and I sTill love the game after all this time.

I have one of every figure ever made up to date less current sets from wave 2 and GOTG and easily about 6-10 of each generic. Two of each resource, two of each map. Hell, I had about 500 figures from all the Deadpool cases alone.

To think about is painful and moderately depressing considering how much I have yet to play from sets from even 3 years ago. I've definitely traversed into more of a collector than player over the last few years.

Hmm, I've been playing since 2006 I have approximately 4,000 clix and probably have spent about 500/yr on them over the last 8 years.

OMG!...dusting a display of that many must be a nightmare. I display maybe 40-50 at a time...but RESPECT to you man!

I started right when AvX starters came out and I wanna say I have close to 150 (no chases). I typically don't buy boosters but individual figs. Probably spent around $250.00 USD
