Even with wording issues, it was pretty clear they meant 4 tokens per 100pts
On that note however, just played a 2000 pt beyonder vs 1600 pts of zombies and while the odds were stacked in his cavorted and he died an honorable death, I had a lot of fun triple targeting mind control and such
"What about the reality where Hitler cured cancer, Morty? The answer is: Don't think about it."
beyonder is awesome, and i can't wait to use him. just don't see why folks thought his wording was off or hard to understand. bizarro said 25pts for each token. beyonder said nothing like that. every 100pts gets 4 tokens. getting 7 tokens for 100pts is CLEARLY not the way it was intended. it's stuff like that, that make the rules section have so many posts/threads.
@antonio.clark.art is my instagram.take a look and tell me what you think....be blessed!!!
I keep expecting them to rule that the limit is the number of tokens that can fit on his card, which will necessitate a ruling on the standard size of a token...
...ala Monty Python.
I won't look at your dial-on-card, I don't look at my own, and you don't need to see my DOC, ever. Otherwise, we're not playing HeroClix.
"Then thou must count to FOUR. Four shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be Four. Five shalt thou not count, excepting that thou then proceed to eight; neither shalt thou count three, excepting that thou then proceedeth to four.
Seven is right out.
Once the number four, being the number of the counting, or an holy multiplier thereof, be reached, then playest thou the Beyonder against thine foe, who, being naughty in thy sight, shall snuff it."
