Probability Control
To keep games moving forward, Themed Probability Control will only be used on your turns. Normal PC, from a Power, can still be used on an opponent's turn. It is highly encouraged to leave instructions for when to use PC and when not to.
Hey guys, just a reminder that we aren't using TTPC unless its your turn.
1. Jack uses his Speed special power and is placed in I-11. Jack TKs Jenny to M-12.
2. Engineer RS to N-7, where she destroys the wall between O-9 and O-10.
3. Jenny RS to P-13, where she uses Pulse Wave.
Only Dr. Fate is within range and LOF.
11 v 18; Damage Perplexed +1
Jenny rolls 2,5
Pulse Wave ignores PC, so it hits for 5 damage.
Fate is KO'd.
Free) Engineer sidesteps to L-9.
Free) Swift chooses CR.
Free) Swift uses an Air token to move to K-15, carrying Midnighter to J-16.
Free) Midnighter outwits Flash's HSS.
4. Swift charges to L-17, where she attacks Alan with BCF.

2) Flash uses Hypersonic speed. His speed gets 2 replacements effects, 1 from the 1/2 speed from hindering terrain and 1 from his own trait due to his speed getting modified. I'll lay the 1/2 speed first and then over lay with he replacement from the trait.
