Yes. He's nicely straightforward to play- hit & run with the biggest object you can grab, repeat as necessary; if they ding you, Pulse Wave as many of their characters as you can to heal back up. He turns what's often thought of as a "weakness" of Pulse Wave (the need to single-target to maximize damage) into a strength; since he can heal one click for each character his Pulse Wave hits, he wants multiple targets.

He's also got several named keywords which are less common and in need of a good "power piece," his generic keyword (Mystical) is a great one this year (c.f. Tim Hunter, Dark Magician Girl, etc), and he's got a cool sculpt to boot.

That said, if you don't like the character or you don't get the jokes on his card ("Quality Combat" makes me lol), trade that sucker. Lots of desirable rare primes out there; depends what kind of team you like to play.
