Her special power is a pretty clever way to discourage use of her on non-CSA teams.
Not really. She only gets a drawback if a Theme Team Prob is used. So if I have her on a non-CSA team I can use her TA for prob control and it's not going to do anything.
You better hope she's always the one positioned correctly to use Probability Control, then. A clever opponent may be able to position in such a way that she cannot draw line of fire, but one of your other characters can.

I was thinking about using her against KC flash but he can just hit my main guy from a different angle. I'd have to give them plasticity also. Then there's still that prob problem.
Can someone explain me her special? I thought it meant that that I could use her theme team prob control even if she wasnt in a CSA team but the "judge" we have at locals says it doesn't work that way, so I wanted to make sure how her special actually works

The way I read her special, it's just a penalty for using her on a non-CSA themed-team. For example, if you use her on a Justice League team, each time you use theme-team prob, your opponent adds another one to his pool. You can use the CSA team ability and her theme-team prob on non-CSA teams, keeping in mind this penalty. This is A) comic-accurate to Trinity War, and B) stops her from being way too OP on other theme-teams. The 25 points is a steal regardless. Hope this helps
New rules changes really hurt her playability, what with her plasticity only working against tiny characters now and being unable to be assigned an entity.

Not entirely. Her Plasticity still works somewhat against standard characters, forcing an effective 5-6 roll on breakaway. She's still highly playable.

Plasticity (REVISED) This character adds 2 to its d6 roll when breaking away. Opposing characters subtract 2 from their d6 roll when breaking away from this character. Opposing characters of the same size or smaller can’t automatically break away from this character and must end their movement when entering a square adjacent to this character, even if they would not have to do so normally
So, with the revised wording to Plasticity, the automatic break away is preserved for characters two sizes larger and characters one size larger are given a better chance at breaking away—so a Standard character with Plasticity would effectively subtract -2 from another adjacent opposing Tiny or Standard character’s breakaway, -1 from another adjacent opposing Giant character’s breakaway (-2 fromPlasticity; +1 from size bonus) and Colossal character will automatically break away.

With this logic, a standard size character (-2 fromPlasticity; +1 from size bonus) would need a 5 or a 6 to breakaway, provided they didn't have improved movement ignore characters.

Win/Loss: 7-5 25 points for an easily carried Prob Control piece with a very high defense is an easy choice. The trait is a bit of a pain with so many requirements but does little to dissuade using her.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
