I know this has probably been rehashed NUMEROUS times....
when he perplexes down with his special ability....can his opponent pulse wave him on their turn?
Essentially his power is: if he perplexes he can't be targeted by that character unless they are the only two on the board.

Dragon has your answer in the newest primer. Pulse Wave will hit this guy, because it draws line of fire, shuts off powers, THEN targets. Sinestro cannot stop Pulse Wave with his special damage power.
Played him today and was underwhelmed. I feel like he could really use a 12 attack top dial and better defensive powers throughout. Probably a lot better with the Sinestro Corps Lantern and Ring, or with Parallax possessing him.

I think most clix are a lot better when possesed by parallax:)
