Captain Thunder @ 125 points and the Rock of Eternity.
I'm looking forward to running this combo. I feel that he's optimized with 2 Sins (Envy, Gluttony) on the Mighty Path for only 18 points. He is also just under half your force in a 300 point build (143).
On the first turn, both Sins can be attached to the RoE, with a little help from TK or a taxi (C.T. is still in "Billy" mode his first click, thankfully).
Best of all, the RoE is Lydea Mallor-proof. Forced to go second? No problem.

Melter + Crimson Cowl. I was surprised by this duo. Both are "Masters of Evil", so you have a theme team. Keep them together, and they're hard to tie up, and with both their MoE team ability, and Cowl's leadership, and the fact that they are still effective after repeated pushing, you get lots and lots of hit and run penetrating damage. When Cowl gets toward the last part of her dial, she just keeps healing Melter.
I been thinking 2 Crimson Cowls can make a fun MoE themed team.
