I've had in my head that I wanted to do something different this year.

Until recently, I was going with a Magnificent 7 idea. Just drafting my 7 favorite characters and playing them as a team.

I've always been a big fan of the Marvel/DC Amalgam books done in the 90's. So that's the way I'm going to go. I'd like to call the team the Judgement League: Avengers. For my Core, I will draft 2 characters that would be considered Core if I just called it Justice League, Justice Society, or Avengers.

Does anybody have a problem with this?

You've got the right idea. Pick an initial Justice League or Avengers Team and trade what you need.

Precedent says that teams must be either Marvel or DC so there is no cross-universe drafting, but if you can get the trades you want, that would be awesome!

If you wanted to update the Indy list with new figures and send it to me, that would be helpful - especially if we get another Indy team.

If you want DC villains, the Injustice League and the Rogues both got a lot of great updates between the Trinity War and Flash sets.

I know Marvel had more keeper teams than DC this time around, but I doubt I've ever seen Marvel shut out of the top six core picks.
