No. When a piece refers to a name, it means itself not all characters with that name.

FWIW, I agree with Wizkids on the ruling and that's how I read it at first... when he's the only figure on the force, he is the only one that hasn't been KO'd. When it comes to implications and assuming, they both go in the same vein that if it's not stated, it doesn't apply. Granted, WK isn't always consistent so they may change this (among several other rulings that are questionable), but we'll see.
