Yeah, Maria wouldn't take a damage, but Nick Fury would. Basically if anybody does a free action and a regular action in the same turn, they take a click.

Isn't it you have to do the non free action first, that's what it reads like.

ah I see what you're saying. Yeah the free action needs to be done within the 8 squares. Hmm, not sure about running shot though. That is a good question. I'll have to look that one up.

Alright, I looked it up and if I have this right, your free action has to be within 8 squares, where you were given the other action doesn't matter. So running shot and landing within 8 of Science Pol, it triggers.

Wow, wasn't even thinking about move and attack powers. No wonder people like the SciPo so much.
