Of the 13 Thor Figures in Modern this one clearly has the best sculpt. Sweeeet Meow Meow strike! However, I think the dial is suspect when it comes to practicality. You just can't do much with it in a 300 point build.
In addition someone else pointed it out in April where is the Thor with CCE?

I think this sculpt is great, but the Thor: Dark World Chase is still my favorite Thor sculpt.
There's really not many figures 200+ that you can build a great 300 pt team with, I don't think it's fair to judge them that way. It's not what they're meant for. On the other hand this Thor at 100 giving EE to a multi target Captain America figure (like the AOU movie version mentioned earlier) still leaves you over 100 points for support.
I need to get me this piece as soon as possible! I want to play him in Golden Age and home games and equip the Nova Blast feat on him. I like Thors with running shot to start, charge, and flurry. That feels like the Odinson to me.
Phenomenally good, running shot and pulse wave is refreshing on a Thor. My last game I used Hot#16 and he did great but when the opposition is a brick with master mind I was wishing I had this guy. The invincible is better for giant bricks. And I find flurry to be interesting with empower if got and any friends left he can go hi five them in the face! Twice
Enhancement is my favourite standard power in the game and Pulse Wave is undeniably great but I really hate seeing them on the dial at the same time :') If you want to Pulse Wave you're not gonna be next to a friendly figure.
Still looks like a great Thor though
With a 5 movement and a 4 range on the RS/PW he can 'use' his enhancement first, when adjacent to a friendly character, then fly away and use pulse wave. The combo works quite well and it's nice to see his movement is greater than his range to assure he can move away from any friendly that had previously benefitted from his enhancement.
