I dont own Oracle. I have the JLTW Mera's, but they break theme. I lack the older support pieces that hold to theme, as I started just as AvX was ending. Most of the JLTW and FLASH sets are offensive dials, rather than support roles. (For the keyword in question that is)

Bystander tokens do not break theme from a rules stance and are print and play.

Mutant students give you whatever you need. Two stacks does almost everything mera + oracle would.

As epic hordes the mutant students have excellent longevity.

There are some other options too, but if the mutant students bother you from a theme aspect or something like that then I'm out of ideas for this particular team.
