but she is handing out a lot of very nice powers to choose from.

5 of the 7 clicks are giving you the choice of four nice powers to choose from.
The last 2 are giving you 3 powers to help save your life. Stealth, Regen, Shape Change.

As far as efficacy goes, I really don't get the Protector hate.

Looking through the CURs listed, there are exactly zero characters who have a greater range than him. One other figure (Hulk) has 18def, but risks getting Banner'ed. There are actually relatively few fliers. PC's value is immense in this wave.

There are a a lot of 10 AVs in this set that Jocasta can bump to 11.

I played her on Aleta, and it was a really great combo.

I also saw her played Solo and she did very well that way as well.

Herc might have been great but for the presence of Outwit in this set. It just ruins him.


Protector is OK. With the 10 AVs, that Defend is useful. But it's a lot of points to tie up in Defend and PC.

I think the only rating that isn't spot-on in Ultron-5 in 60-point Drone mode. I like him better at 30 as a sacrifice piece.

Right? Movie viz's consistent ten attack and late-dial Invincible that he'll get knocked right past aren't as appealing as this guy. Good thing I hung on to the spare Vision from my AOU movie feeds; I'm gonna sculpt-swap the heck out of 'em.

Aleta from GotG? She has neither the robot or the armour keyword. It's an illegal combo.

On Alexis, she adds nicely. Fairly short-dialed, but as noted running shot and flying are in a bit of short supply this set. Bump her AV and use RS, or Sidestep and use Jocasta for either Inv or the Perplex/Outwit combo.

One match I had came down to a real Jocasta vs my possessed Alexis. That was exciting (I won).

I'd take a look again at protector, that extra defence boost really helps if u have damaged buddies. He was my MVP for month one.

Hercules is the only figure I've seen in this set that I care about getting.

My venue had a 400 point build, and I used Hercules, Ant-Man, and the Wasp. Had no luck with the dice in round 2, but in rounds 1 and 3, they absolutely wrecked the house. Herc's ability to charge through walls was amazingly useful, and Ant-Man shrinking him while he was carrying a super-heavy object never failed to amuse me.
