In regards to Wolfsbane, the map is (or should be) correct. Wolfsbane should be at I17. Mistakenly put I16 in notations. Glad I caught it before leaving.

Wolfsbane's traited CR would still be ignored by Pulse Wave, I do believe.

Doesn't Knock Back come in to play after Pulse Wave is settled?

I would say since Pulse Wave ignores the power, it no longer has the CR. Damage is dealt and knockback happens. Knockback damage is dealt. Action resolves.

Pulsewave ignores everything. So CR would effectively not be there at all. Normal game interaction follows.
