This is an awesome creation! You have truely out done yourself with this one!
I would bet that everyone looking at this map can hear that 'boom' 'boom' of the T-Rex's pre-entrance, as well as remember that Roar!
Epic job!

Well before I accept this nice praise, I do want to re-emphasis the vehicles were not built by myself. I'll accept for everything else
Amazing job! The amount of detail you put into your maps is awe-inspiring.
Did you experiment with larger dino footprints at all? I know scale is laughable in clix and I don't have a t-rex handy to compare, but I'd assume their feet are larger than a standard vehicle engine.

They are actually smaller then an engine
T-rex feet while large are actually much smaller then you'd expect...
Out of habit from my palaeo-art, I scaled them to roughly accurate size to the jeeps out of instinct :P
Probably nit-picking....the place where the T-Rex went through the fence....shouldn't that be in elevation? I know there were several questions that were raised about that particular scene from the movie....the T-Rex appears to walk right through the fence but Alan and Lex dangle down the side of the ledge when the SUV almost falls on them.
Don't get me wrong....even with that little movie point....your map looks AWESOME!! Well done!!
Timey Wimey Wibbley Wobbly.... just not in that order....

I found it too late but someone postulated that the goat came up on the edge of the trex paddock, and just beside that it dropped into the dilophosaur pen... Which still makes no sense as in the daytime long shot it is all one continuous hill bottom
Found it here... By the time I stumbled on it was too late, I'd put too much into this... And I contend the whole thing makes no sense no matter how you try to set it up. Why have a giant dino proof fence over a giant cliff in the first place?

I think someone once asked David Selznik (spelling?) why King Kong could climb the Empire State Building but he couldn't climb over the wall on Skull Island....I seem to remember he replied ,"then we wouldn't have had that shot from the movie"....

LOL too true.
Well and in this case trying to literally map out the events of a movie, you're literally going to hit a no win scenario. Either explanation isn't exactly logically satisfying.
The sad truth is one of the things I was most excited about in making this map was the excuse to put flares in it. They are a fun lighting effect to show off with :P

And they look excellent, man
Once again, thank you for this, brings back welcomed nostalgia for me

I should've known better than to doubt your accuracy! Your maps are always intricately detailed.

T. rex left footprints 1.55 feet (46 cm) long (although its feet were much longer, about 3.3 feet (1 m) long; T. rex, like other dinosaurs, walked on its toes). It had a stride length of up to 12 to 15 feet (3.7-4.6 m).

Well thank you for the kind compliment.
In this case Dinosaurs are what I cut my artistic teeth on in the first place. I have some old habits from "drawing" them (in 3D) and from the museum when I dug them up
