It is heartbreaking, especially when there is only a 3 point difference. CW Tigra also has that sweet Charge/Flurry/Blades mid-dial that this one lacks, but though I think the Improved Movement and the much larger swing range (7 with Sidestep + Charge) does make this one "better".
