How does Storm target Angelhawk through Super Soldier and blocking at F17?

totally forgot about defeated (5), whew, thought for sure it would be a 1 since i needed feats this turn.

Storm is a weather WITCH thats how...

actually, i think i got confused with the numbers and figure names. was targeting figure 4 and thought that was Angelhawk/Hawkman/Carter Hall. when recapping i guess it didn't occur to me that it was Booster Gold. I think the only difference will be that Angelhawk takes one less damage. correct me if I'm wrong.
