Thanks, we had the issue come up in a pre-lease and like ya'll said the judge ruled it. As long as the roll says you can't reroll it, it's fair game. Needless to say everyone hated his super senses.
Played against him the pre-release sealed event. My opponent never used his replace ability and Superman and Superboy made quick work of him. I was lucky that his initial roll was a 4. I guess this has potential if you constantly replace his die until you get that savory 1 or 6 then hold on to it until it's really needed.
In any team being played by someone who knows what they are doing this guy is always gonna be a pain to deal with. The worst roll you could hope to get, if you can even call it a bad roll, is a 4 cause its right in between always having your defense roll versus being able to basically ensure your opponent always misses you. Best time playing with this guy was Red Son Superman versus Trinity War Superman. Opponent needed to roll an 8 naturally to hit and I had a 3 on my card which effectively turned that needed 8 into a 10 where both dice needed to come up as at least a 5 for him. It was awesome. I think I can say I can say that I finally found a figure I will try to fit on any team I play.
There's really no bad roll-save to be had. Even if you have a 3 or 4 waiting, you can use that to replace a 1 on your attack roll, or use for a low BCF roll. Or, heck, give it to your opponent to nullify a shape change/super senses roll.
Free P/T when he has two tokens makes escaping fun with his movement. Continually moved him after rolling that second power action every chance I had. I hadn't thought about it until tonight, but I was thinking of taking pushing damage off his first click in my next game just so I can use his PW. I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

Well it`s not EE but incapa-PW skill that`s really good... :)
Used his damage power to make a captain marvel giant so it couldn't use is entity anymore then had a chase superman drop a heavy object on it. Best use of the power I feel
