No, I see exactly what you're doing. And while it may work in this specific instance, that doesn't mean it still isn't a bad idea. If a new effect comes along that works in a similar way, there *WILL* be confusion. I guarantee it.
I've got no agenda. I've made no personal attacks. I've got no idea what the letter-symbol salad at the end means.
there are now 3 billion threads where normalview, myself, Harpua and countless others have said "ditch the shortcut - it will only lead to grief" and people have taken personal affront and thrown down a gauntlet and issued a challenge.
DogePls - nothing personal has been intended by the discussion in this thread. Sadly, we've seen too many "I should be able to do this because this power is "LIKE" this power/ability" or "I should be able to do this because I have this story that helps me understand how this power works".
That is not a good way to learn a game that is intensely rules- and text-based, as Heroclix is. In this game, "possess" and "can use" and "may" and many, many other specific words have specific meanings.
Using a shortcut - such as "rounding always works in your favor" - is, pardon my French, is a SLOPPY way to learn how to play this game. My recommendation - DON'T DO IT, and DON'T TEACH IT that way. Else ... in a game in the future, someone will cry "BUT YOU TOLD ME IT WORKS THIS WAY" and ... it doesn't.
Mods - please close this thread if it continues to have "ready to fight" stuff that's not in teal.
What you fail to see is that I stated that I researched the specific ins and outs of a ruling and expressed in a vernacular that MY demographic of players could comprehend. That "horrible way to think of it" is absolutely a biased opinion.
The lols of anecdotal evidence justifying your opinion is your agenda.
"You shouldn't learn it that way." mindset is disappointing.
Internet personal attack taken.

Sorry if the sky in your world is orange. But it's blue, and that's a fact. The fact that you see it differently is your opinion and is not shared by the rest of us.
