I played this guy a few times now on tnmt ally teams and boy oh boy are this guys fantastic. Him+His brothers+ splinter + april and you are pretty much set for a fun game woth a team that boosts one anothers powers. There are of course teams that will finish this guys off in a blink but the amount of fun I have playing them and the surprisingly high amount of damage this guy can dish with casey, splinter and mickey besides him is totally worth it. Hopefuly the new standard for commons - Wizkids, let all figs be so fun to play!;)
Finally got to play him and his bros. STUPID good, only lost Mikey and Raph tore up the opposition. Flurry for 2 isn't spectacular, but that penetrating damage is no joke.

i hope there's a TMNT ATA, the ninja turtles not getting stealth or the hand ata would be disappointing
I come from the future. Yes, a bunch of these TMNT not getting stealth is very disappointing, especially this cycle. However, some of them do have stealth traited, and the ones that don't typically are more focused on fighting than ninjutsu.
Back on speaking of the actual figure, the Sai is easily my favorite of the "weapon abilities" in this set. Flurry, & penetration is just nuts, even though it's still on a mere 2 damage. With a Charge & 11 top attack, this guy can get a good first hit with the right positioning. After that first hit (assuming you're going to take 3 or 4 even after toughness), he becomes a nice generic close beater, with 19 Def up close & CCE. He would easily do great work in Sealed, and isn't a bad point-filler if you're trying a TMNT theme.
Non-binary. Please refer to me in "they/them" pronouns. Thank you.
Raphael is great, I love his sai power, and that his battle fury isn't on click one. The battle fury is thematic as his rage is simmering at first until he or his brothers get hurt, plus for gameplay it allows him to be carried.
As a group of four, the Mirage commons are strong and efficient, and all very similar. Only differentiated by minor stat differences, their weapon attack powers, and damage powers, which fits their original depiction quite well- for the first few issues. Their trait is quite useful, especially with the Renet in this set. I also like that while they have their differences up front, they all have the same “ninja” back dial.
