Free) Stargirl rolls for cosmic belt/rod - 5 (choose a result): Stargirl has a range value of 4 "two targets" and can use Combat Reflexes, Incapacitate, and the Sharpshooter ability.
Free) Arrowette chooses Energy Explosion to use until next turn.
1) Red Tornado TK Ray to L10.
2) Stargirl TK Freddy to N10.
3) Ray HSS 7 of 12 move to G17 for a close combat attack on Dracula. 10 +1 (Monster Hunter) vs 18 invuln for 3 +1 (Monster Hunter) damage. Roll is 1,5 for a miss. Ray continues move to L12.
4) Freddy HSS 7 of 11 move to G17 for a close combat attack on Dracula. 11 + 1 (monster hunter) vs 18 invuln for 4 +1 (monster hunter). Roll is 1,3 for a miss. Continues final move to K13 and picking up the light in J13.
5) Robin L/C to J8 and is in stealth.

2) Arrowette Running Shot to D14 and targets Mole Man and Dracula. 10 +1 (monster hunter) vs 16+1 (hindering) on Mole Man and 18 Invuln on Dracula (lines of fire don't cross hindering since she is elevated) Using Energy Explosion. Roll is 3,2 and a miss, TTPC Robin 2,1 miss again! Robin no push due to willpower.
3) Stargirl RS to L6 and shoots at the Zombie, 10+1 (monster hunter) v 17 toughness. Roll is 2,3 and a miss. No push due to Indom.
4) Freddy will punch Dracula, 11+1 (monster hunter) v 18 invuln. Roll is 5,4 FOR A HIT FINALLY!!!! 4+1 damage (monster hunter) - 2 invuln. Dracula takes 3. 1 SA Freddy.

You wouldnt be able to target dracula. When this character is chosen as the target of an attack, you may roll a d6. On a result of 5 or 6, the attacker can’t target this character with an attack this turn and the attacker may choose another target character instead. The attacker then makes the attack unless there are no targets, in which case the action resolves without an attack.
