We are not WizKids but follow WizKids rules accept for our addendums. Felix was a rule addendum.

This is what wizkids said in regards to worlds,

"Typically sets that are released are legal for constructed tournament play one week after the official release date, however, even though the official release date for the Marvel HeroClix: Civil War Storyline Organized Play Event Series set is June 1, due to its limited availability, the Marvel HeroClix: Civil War Storyline Organized Play Event Series set will NOT be legal for constructed tournament play at the 2016 HeroClix U.S. Nationals and/or the 2016 HeroClix World Championship Event.

Yeah I can see the conflict there and I think June 1st is correct. The Win however does state may 25th as a release date. WizKids I think have to conflicting pieces of information on their site but I would agree that it is June 1st.

What you are looking at is the date that retailers will receive product. You can't even schedule an event before June 1 for Civil War, so I don't see how the release date can be perceived as earlier. Especially considering that in public documents (not the private ones you are referencing), they have said officially june1.

Yup and I agree with the June 1st date even though the Win say something else. It also only excludes from WKO/Worlds/Nationals and not from other constructed play and therefore would be legal at ROCs and other tournament play one week from release which we have established as one week from June 1st.

Well in any case it doesn't matter. The maps are not legal yet and the Civil war figs wont be legal until June 8 with exceptions for both at Worlds/Nationals

So they are not legal at states, then, correct?

Just happened to have one. Special rules are always in play unless it states "not for tournament play" on the Orange text of the map.
