Lemme clarify. I believe he was a problem when you could probability control his roll aka what the world champ pulled with his team and had a five minute "game" at the finals. After they errated him and probability control I don't believe he was any longer a problem.

This is an Interesting Choice of Banned Figures given alot of even main stream players were not even aware of them released in circulation I barely found out myself due to I seen one listed on Ebay..

Will it have been out for 1 full week (7 days)? I don't think it will be thus not legal.

If the official release date is October 7th, 2016 or earlier then it is legal.
