Played this guy with BMAO Deadshot. Parked Deadshot in the middle of the map in hindering and Penguin never left the starting area. Best night ever

WIN/LOSS: 6-5 Penguin is a strong support piece at an insanely cheap cost. Keep someone nearby to slap Penguin around a bit and you can bounce that Dealmaker Token to whomever needs it. For me, anyway, that final click of 10 attack / CCE has been a consistent nasty surprise!
