Originally posted by HeroComplex Maybe I wasn't clear with ranged combat. When on the EBT or when firing against someone on the EBT, you don't need to factor in blocking terrain from that square. If two figures have the an air vent between them, however, the air vent's blocking terrain very much does stop LoF.
so if say i'm on that block of EBT that is 2x2 and a character tries to range combat me while i'm on the back square, firing through the front square of EBT... he does not have line of sight or does he?
I believe that ANY blocking terrain may be destroyed in the usual manner. Keep in mind you're going to have to destroy it one square at a time, though.
You got class, podnuh. What the hell you need with notoriety?
When looking at old threads, keep in mind that a lot of things changed late last year, as that is when Indy HeroClix was released with the new, current rules set.

Current FAQ, Blocking Terrain
If characters with Leap/Climb or Flying end movement in outdoor blocking terrain, lines of fire to or from those characters are not blocked by blocking terrain in that square. All other squares of terrain affect lines of fire normally. Characters in adjacent squares to the character in outdoor blocking terrain are not considered adjacent for purposes of combat, but adjacent characters with the Leap/Climb power may make a close combat attack against a character in outdoor blocking terrain. See also Leap/Climb on the PAC.
As can be seen, it is still Leap/Climb and flying figures which are able to end movement on blocking terrain. But Leap/Climb figures in adjacent squares now are able to attack with close combat, even though effects such as EE splash which require true adjacency still do not reach across the line of blocking terrain. And the LoF rules are as described earlier.
To answer your first question, yes, a square of blocking terrain can be destroyed by dealing it 3 clicks of damage in an attack. The square of blocking terrain will be replaced with a rubble token indicating a square of hindering terrain.
And as for the second, the squares are not inherently hindering terrain. And an object can theoretically find it's way up there, but it's very hard to pull off---you cannot place objects there at the start of the game, nor can you TK objects up there. And as you cannot voluntarily put down an object you're carrying, you also cannot carry an object up there and drop it. The only way for an object to be on top of a square of blocking terrain is for a figure with Super Strength and flight/LC to carry an object up there, and for Super Strength to then be removed from his dial through damage or an opposing figure's Outwit.
Hmmm...one last question: since Super Strengh is an OPTIONAL power, what if:
-Green Goblin moves and picks up an object, stopping on EBT;
-Green Goblin turns off super strengh. Since he no long has the power to carry objects, it falls on EBT (there´s no adjacent square where it could be put).
Is there any official ruling that does not allow it? (I´m not sure, since you said we cannot voluntarily put down a carried object).

You can't voluntarily put down an object. From the Indy PAC:
"SUPER STRENGTH (optional): When you give this character a move or power action, during this action, if this character moves, it may pick up an object in this character’s square or an adjacent square and carry it. This character may use an object as a weapon. If this power is lost or countered while this character holds an object, immediately place the object in the square this character occupies. This character may not cancel this power while carrying an object."

Can a SENTINEL/SINESTRO attack a character on this EBT , on that conditions:
- Sentinel is on ground , attacking RANGE COMBAT
- Sentinel is on elevated , attacking RANGE COMBAT
- Sentinel is on elevated , adjacent to EBT , attacking CLOSE COMBAT
This rules for EBT ####...sorry the word..but it´s my opnion !

For the first two scenarios, a quote from the Sentinel Rules:
"A big figure Sentinel and characters on elevated terrain may make ranged combat attacks against each other as if they were on the same terrain level."
Since the character is on elevated terrain the Sentinel can make ranged combat attacks as though he was on the same elevation. This means he can attack with ranged attacks whether he's grounded for elevated. He can also be fired back on by the character on the terrain.
I have not seen any indication that the Sentinel is an exception to the FAQ blocking terrain rule that "Characters in adjacent squares to the character in outdoor blocking terrain are not considered adjacent for purposes of combat". They are adjacent to characters in adjacent regardless of elevation but not regardless of blocking terrain so I would say no, the current rules do not allow the Sentinel to make close combat attack in this scenario.
