I think those are usually printed at the bottom on the reverse of the card ... and, yes, it's the benefit that the base can get when the figure is attached to it.

This just occurred to me, that is, I have an outsiders ability which I can turn on and off. Use it on a character to then running shot and carry without the -2. Give Q a different TA and now that character's ESD still activates. I was looking at the negatives but that's a good positive.
