Typhon thank you for addressing the site issues, and the sacrifices you have made with this site. I will be taking advantage of the double donor days by the deadline.

To be clear, I am going to re-up my subscription (which just happened to lapse yesterday), but I want to echo what others have said, which is that the Units section needs a lot of attention from you, Typhon, in order to justify that donation. Typos, omissions, and lapsed Units Section Feedback threads galore!

I've been trying to get things fixed for months by re-posting issues from threads that had expired, only to watch as those newer threads expired too. I've even reached out personally to try to appeal to you to continue working on the errors that have piled up, but to no avail. Thank you for doing what you did to fix some errors back in October, but there is still work to be done. I'm not going to re-re-post my expired threads though, so you should really comb through at least the front page of threads, as most if not all of those are for issues that still stand.

Here's some money. Please be better.

I've donated many times in the past. Hell, last year, I went platinum. But now honestly, until Typhon turns the site over to someone who is actually interested in making it work and has an active presence, I can't justify doing so again, nor can I recommend that anyone else does so, either.

I have to echo the statements above. I've been a donor in the past, awhile back, and I want to again. But the units section is 90% of the point of my visits here.
I'm getting a little annoyed having to put in ASM eye of agamotto in place of the Exospex when team building, among a slew of other substitutions.
Update the units section and fix the mistakes and my moneys yours.

Agreed with much of the above. I love this website and have donated for the past 8 years but there has been a lot of disappointment over the past year.

I want to donate again - I'll just wait and see what the next month offers before making my final decision.


UNITS ADDITION: Comments need to be turned on for Battleworld.

I've been one of the staunchest supporters of this site over the years. I've spent countless hours desiging graphics and creating content for it. I want to supprt it. But the site needs more consistent care for it to be even a fraction of the great site it used to be.

The HCR community needs some promises. We need follow through.

I am going to donate some money and cross my fingers for the best. But my continued support absolutely hinges on what happens over the next twelve months.

Let me begin by saying that I'm sorry you lost your job. That's rotten. I also know that running this site is no simple task. So, thank you for your effort.

I was a Diamond donor last year and just re-upped for another year because I think that this site is important. That being said, and as much as it pains me to say, if the Realms isn't updated more regularly, it isn't secured, and malware ads re-emerge, this will be the last time that I do so.

Really should respond to this Typhon. Cause this is also why I’m not donating. The malware situation never should have gotten as bad as it did but the site admin (you) simply didn’t care. There literally dozens of posts and various threads this year, crying out for site attention through neglect. There are quite a few in reply, offering help.

When a reply from you finally came, there was consideration to delegate responsibilities for HCR to help you.

Did anyone get picked to help with admin? Behind the scenes? Unit management? If they did, this wasn't publicised.

It's a ****storm when you lose your job, but it strikes me that this is helping with some income, however, you shouldn't neglect or shy away from a faithful community then pop back up asking for donations.
