i think all the enforcers deserve 4 shields. their dials are great for the points. especially OX. i played him and he's pretty amazing. he was one stroking pieces left and right. 12av/6 dmg is nothing to sneeze at for the points. and he can carry montana with him for the full dial charge.
clea in sealed is great. so much stealth, and having outwit is a huge help. nice remake of a figure we haven't had in so long.

Really liking these reviews gents! Think youre all off on Stegron however. There is so much cheap leadership that getting four actions will be easy enough. Coupled with the fact that these big dumb dinos could be disposable albeit, slow taxis where you'll recoop the action economy positioning your key figs. And, well, you could always make more off a push to position.

Unless they're 0, I don't care how many points a character is, if they don't protect them or earn them then they're a liability. That's how I feel about the Enforcers in 400.
If any of the Stegron support is based on actual experiences* I'd love to hear what happened. Did your opponent come all the way to you? Were you playing a Battle Royal? Did you actually win or are these tales of Stegron making heroic last stands?
*Not that I'm slamming theory-crafting, it's not like us reviewers got to play a pre-pre-release.

so how would they NOT earn their keep in 400pts? again, ox can full move charge montana adjacent. at 50 points, his dial allows him to hit way about his weight class. not many figures can hit as hard as him, in the way he can. and his trait makes it very easy to take out certain characters.

If I see Ox across the field, I'm not going to let him straight line Charge me. With the setup he takes, he probably could have been within range of a standard Charge anyway. The bigger concern I have is that I just don't feel like I can guard his points, and that's going to put me behind the 8 ball.
Note I did give him 2 stars, which is to say you need a team to cover for his deficits, but with the right team he could be good.
