I can't really decide b/t IOC and LOD...but IOC wins out...

IOC - Well...Chaos, RFG cards, Sub-Type boost...plus most Rare are usable
LOD - Well...Sub-Type Boost, Yata, Lily, Fiber Pod, etc...but cards are just too rare...

Ill have to go with PSV

Why?:Many decks have Jinzo and Imperial Order, 2 good Secret Rares. Also, Many people run Premature, COTH, Noblemans etc. Also, Scientist decks use Thousand Eyes Restrict

I would say that i choose PSV. It contains good cards for beginner. When i first start playing Yu-Gi-Oh, i always buy this pack. But as i turn to start to try out tourny, i bought PGD. I start to obtain more good cards. Not only i just buy PGD. I buy alot of other expansion as well.

LOD, when I checked out my deck I saw that most of the cards were LOB PSV and LOD, but LOD had a few more so I went with it.

Now Up there^ is a real man!!!!! DCR is the best,Vamp Lord?Who doesn't and as for the Chaos Trio,Losers!they are the worst.

I don't know i'd problably go with LOD or DCR

as far as best SCR duo, its a tie between PSV adn LOD for me
