He already took out the Horus Cards. Also, he has 40 cards--he just needs to put a 19 on his Spell Card counter.

Anyway, it seems fairly solid. I'd suggest giving it a 17:17:6 Structure, instead of a 16:19:5. Here's what I did:

Monsters, total 17:
- Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke
- Peten the Dark Clown
- Peten the Dark Clown
- Peten the Dark Clown

+ Don Zaloog
+ Blade Knight
+ Blade Knight
+ Magician of Faith
+ Sinister Serpent

This not only helps out with the Warrior Theme, it adds to your Light/Darks in your Graveyard (Peten removes itself, after all), gives you a way to pull back a critical Spell Card, and lets you reuse cards like TIV or Magic Jammer (added to the Traps).

Spells, total 17:
- Cost Down
- Swords of Revealing Light
- Enemy Controller
- Scapegoat
- Mirage of Nightmare

+ Giant Trunade
+ Reinforcements of the Army
+ The Warrior Returning Alive

I took out some of those cards just to make room for the other changes. But, I added the Trunade for quick S/T removal, even if it's just for one turn; Reinforcements speeds you up a bit; and TWRA means you can Painful Choice your BLS, and get him out regardless (or give you another Warrior from the grave in a pinch).

Traps, total 6
+ Magic Jammer

Just for the quickie Spell Negation. Since you're not running Horus, can't use Imperial, and can't always rely on Magic Drain, I guess you can use this to 1) add to your BLS Food, or 2) discard Sinister. If nothing else, some Spell Negation can't hurt.

Once again, a fairly solid deck. I hope it works out well, whether or not you take any of my suggestions.
