This is screaming for Gaia Power... 2500 Berserks, 2200 Enraged Battle Oxen (that sounds really... weird... Enraged Battle Oxen), and 2200 D.D. Asssailants are way too good to pass up, especially without tributes in here. I actually tested a deck very similar to this a few days ago... maybe I should go back to it.
Bottomless Trap Holes pwn... especially with the amount of D.D. style removal you already have in this deck. I would bump up the trap count by dropping a Sak in favor of two BTH.
Prenegators are your friend... I don't see why people have stopped using them... at least run TFS.
Three goats is overkill, especially if you're trying to maintain a solid field presense.
I would also run Mirage... it's just too good in this format.
pretty cool build dax
this looks alot like the current deck that i run d.d.s are awesome
cept i dont run injection
so i would have to say
-injection
+scientist(unless injection works out better does she?)
also no pre-negs?
over all pretty cool deck man
I would actually consider running scientist again, DaX. He can provide potentially huge card and field advantage at little cost... I tested without him and it didn't work as well for me as with him.
Imagine the following scenario: Both players have little to no hand, but your opponent has massive board presense: a BLS, Jinzo, and Airknight (it doesn't need to be these monsters but the idea is the same). You top scientist, summon him, and for 1000 life you are able to summon TER, absorb BLS, attack the Airknight for 1100 damage, then during Main Phase 2 summon another TER to absorb the Jinzo. That's 2-3 card advantage (depending on whether or not you can protect scientist next turn) right there.
Now, I'm sure you already fully understand Scientist's power, but it's just so broken in the right situation that I had to reiterate upon it.
IMO it's certainly better than IFL... at least Scientist can deal with f/d monsters.
You see, that is a very stacked situation in which he proves to be good.
Most of the time it works out like this.
Summon him, use effect for senshi/balter/blade. Kill the thing you need to kill atm. Next turn he gets ran over.
about 3k net loss.
Unless you can protect him. Honestly, with 3 saks and 2 controllers (not to mention ring/torrential) you've got a good shot and him being alive next turn. Plus, if you get them top-decking there's going to be more than a 50% chance they won't even have a monster.
Lol, can't have three NoC's DaX!!! XD, just a mistake I do that sometimes >_<. I'd say take out the one you have listed in your side deck for Jinzo. Nothing else that's worth putting in in my opinion...still looks great...I need a Lily...that fokker pwns....XD
