I thought my 17 titles was a bit much! I do need to drop a few more from my buying list. Remember this does not include HeroClix, D&D, and Action Figures, DVDs, and CDs. Good thing I get a 20% discount. I know people who buy more than I do.

I have liked Mack's Daredevil in the past but I was really enjoying Bendis' run. Mack was really a downshift in the quality I am used to...DD may go on the read only pile. I have not even finished reading it...and have read other books before attempting to finish this one.

Everywhere you look, there's a freaking Monkey doing his business!
Read
-Ultimate Spider-Man-Possibly the best Spider-Man series ever.
-Ultimate X-Men:I love the X-Men but I hated Mark Millars storys. When Bendis got into it I started buying it because I wanted to see how Bendis wrote X-Men. And he does write X-Men very well!!!
-Batman/Superman:Read the first ish and i'm gonna continue buying it.
-Ultimates:Despite its MASSIVE delays and the fact that the issues really don't skyrocket into major prices I still buy it because of the story. I like it.
-JLA/Avengers:The best first ish to any mini series I've ever read. I love it.
-Emma Frost:No I don't buy it only for the attractive covers!! LOL! I actually enjoy the story and its well told.
-Teen Titans:Pretty good and I am shocked that its pretty high in price and sells out quickly.
-Batman:Its a no brainer that when Jim Lee and Jeph Loeb got into it issues would get more valuable. I did read the first 2 issues but I got sick of it after that. So as of now I only buy and do not read.
From the top of my head thats all I can think of that I read.
Ultimate Spiderman - Bought this a couple of weeks ago. I have to say I really enjoyed the first story, I would have prefered a more classic verison of the Green Goblin but other than that a good read. I've ordered the next 6 books and hope they are good as the first.
The Flash - Blood will Run - The first comic type book I ever bought. Actually, not that bad however the Spiderman art was better in my opinion.
That's it, all I've ever gotten. But I'm thinking about getting the Ultimate X-men. I like that they rebooted Spiderman and wonder if the X-men will be similar. I've always liked the dc and marvel heroes but never got into the comics until Clix came along.
oh i forgot two: I am readding supreme power , i am a huge squadron fan. And while I wont buy i'll read marvel 1602 at borders. Am waitting for the tpb before i buy it.
I usu. just jump in on the odd Clix discussion now and then, but considering I might discover other fans of stuff that I read, I thought I'd post the titles I pick up:
Lovebunny & Mr. Hell: No set schedule, comes out erratically. However, hands down, this is the funniest superhero book since The Tick! Truly a classic in itself!!
JSA: 'nuff said!
Teen Titans: Wow! I remember lovin' the old Geo. Perez/Marv Wolfman issues in the 80's, but man, that Geoff Johns is something else! Wotta talented fella!
Emma Frost: Despite Marvel's ham-fisted approach to market (do we really need "cheesecake" covers to sell a book?>), the interior story is well worth seeking out, showing us a stripped-down, bare-bones Emma Frost before she became the ###### that she is now.. Note, tho', I likes the way she is now.. hehehehe!
New X-Men: I am dropping this after #154, which is Grant Morrison's final issue! Unless Marvel decides to give the book to someone equally ballsy, but I doubt it..
Superman: I am big fan of Steven Seagle's writing, and oddly enough, he is making the big 'S' my favorite again..
Boneyard: Richard Moore's fan-favorite series about monsters, vampires, etc. and fun.. Proving that just cause it is goth, don't mean it's gotta be gloomy..
