Your "complete lockdown" isn't complete at all since Cyber Jar can murder it, Morphing Jar #2 would screw like..3/4 of your deck...Fiber Jar starts it all over again..

You are correct, with TER out I cant flip summon a Fiber of Cyber (as they were the examples). I can set them and wait for you to attack. Once they have been force flipped due to an attack, their effects are mandatory. This kind of ruling is seen with cards like Morphing Jar+Protector of the Sanctuary, so its not new.
