They have similiar effects, NOT the same effects. Necrovalley stops the alteration of the GY. End of Anubis stops the activation of cards in the GY as well as those that target it.
There has ALWAYS been a line that separates both of them.
Necrovalley will NOT allow the removal of 3 fiends for you to Special Summon Dark Necrofear
End of Anubis will not be able to stop this.
Necrovalley will allow the effects of Mystic Tomato, if destroyed in battle, to special summon another monster from the deck with 1500 ATK or lower
End of Anubis will stop this
Necrovalley can not stop Sinister Serpent from activating and returning to the hand
End of Anubis will.
You need to read and understand things a little before assuming things.
Necrovalley will allow the removal of 3 fiends for you to Special Summon Dark Necrofear
So does that mean you can also summon monster like BLack Luster Soldier or Sorcerer?
it says that on netrep:
"Necrovalley" negates costs and effects that require removing cards from the Graveyard. So "Necrovalley" WILL prevent a player from removing cards in the Graveyard from play to activate the effect of "Bazoo the Soul-Eater" or "Chaosrider Gustaph". "Necrovalley" WILL prevent a player from removing cards in the Graveyard from play to Special Summon "Dark Necrofear" or "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning". "Necrovalley" WILL negate card effects like "Big Burn", "Gravedigger Ghoul", "Disappear", and "Soul Release".
What about Sinister Serpent?
Was there anything on him?
"Necrovalley" will NOT negate effects that are activated when a card is sent TO the Graveyard or that activate IN the Graveyard or that count cards in the Graveyard. So it will NOT negate the effects of "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Black Pendant", "Giant Rat", "Mystic Tomato", "Kuriboh", "Graceful Charity", "Sinister Serpent", "Marie the Fallen One", "Buster Blader", "Shadow Ghoul", "Helpoemer", "Sword of Deep-Seated", "Vampire Lord", "Coffin Seller", and "Magical Thorn".

You would do better to take the time and go through the specific rulings of the UDE FAQ site.
Hm, thanks, but I would prefer Netrep.
The other isn't as...into it as I would like.
From RONIN (which is made by Netrep):

Just an FYI Dark Fyre, netrep stated that all of the netrep files are outdated and that the Yu-Gi-Oh! website superceeds anything that they post (no matter how crazy the UDE ruling may be). Additionally, they stated that they are making RONIN a mirror copy of the UDE site, just in a much easier to use form. Yea, some of the stuff that has been (an possibly still is) posted on the Yu-Gi-Oh! website is hard to swallow, but that is what is official, and all official tournaments and players are supposed to follow what they say, no matter how strange it may seem.
This thread has been pretty useful in helping me understand the limitations of my favorite new card End of Anubis. Now I am still confused on the final word in regards to Skilled magicians effects. Basically the only question is if the effects target the monsters in the graveyard or not, Also I'd like to know the same with Fiber Jar. Thanks.
Another questions that came up in a tournament a few days ago. My Anubis attacks my opponents Apprentice magician. Thinking it was like the other searches I said it is negated since the effect activates in the graveyard. My opponent disagreed on the grounds that the card says the monster only needs to be destroyed in battle. Not destroyed and sent to the graveyard. It was ruled in his favour and he got the effect. Is this correct?

1) Yes, Skilled Dark/White Magician will get its effect while End of Anubis is on the field unless the targeted Dark Magician/Buster Blader is in the Graveyard.
2) Fiber Jar will NOT be negated by End of Anubis because Fiber Jar neither activates in the Graveyard or targets cards in the Graveyard.
3) It was ruled correctly. Apprentice Magician:
Because "Apprentice Magician"'s effect is not a Graveyard effect, the controller of "Apprentice Magician" at the time it is destroyed as a result of battle gets its effect. So if I take control of my opponent's "Apprentice Magician", and it is destroyed as a result of battle, then I Special Summon, not the original owner.
We may not be talking about who's controlling Apprentice Magican or why that person gets the effect, but it does point out quite clearly that it isn't a Graveyard effect. That of course means End of Anubis cannot touch its effect.
Even if "The End of Anubis" is on the field, you can still use "Skilled Dark Magician" or "Skilled White Magician" to summon a "Dark Magician" or "Buster Blade" from your graveyard, because the official rulings says that "Skilled Dark Magician" and "Skilled White Magician" 's effects do not target, so it does not target a card in the graveyard, and it is activated on the field, not graveyard, so "The End of Anubis" 's effect does not affect those two cards.
