But if I dont have one, then its a big risk. Especially if I had an empty hand. Ill playtest it but Im not quite sure how it would work...
EDIT: The only combo I want the deck to run is its kill combo. I want the rest to be so simplistic, that the deck doesn't stall waiting for certain conditions or other cards. Ill rather run a slightly sub-par card that has no drawbacks IN THIS DECK than a superior one with an effect that can screw me if Im not too careful!

** DO you pick what you want destroyed by Emergency or does it just blow up all your M/Ts?
i would throw in a couple of gravity binds, also exiled force works well with last will and will keep any pesky big monsters out of your way. drop the magical libraries and add another ufo turtle, and two magicians of faith, also when the new ban list comes out pot is banned.
Pot is not on the ban list, when I last checked. RMLs draw WAY more and are faster than Magicians. Exiled is not needed as it is a waste of summon for a deck aiming to kill 3rd - 4th turn. 2 LLaBs and 2 MoPs is enough defense, and Im also sticking to spell defense .. since it increases the counters and helps with the damage situation. The third UFO turtle is a good idea, but I have no idea what to drop .... I have to relook at the deck.
The deck rarely decks out. At ful steam, its a toss-up between 4 - 8 spells to win, not counting previous damage. Life gain is such a pain in this deck. I have upwards of 10K LP if I win, so I can afford a few turn lapses. I did let a BLS ravage my LP for 3 turns once then I dropped some bomb comboes, gained 3000 life and did like 4500 damage. Stacked a Pot on the top of the deck and was ready to go next turn.
Wit the 2 Serial Spells, would suggest a couple cards that like to be discarded, SS is one I can think of that's become a staple in many decks. I wish that this was like MTG, where discarding your hand could mean dropping 0 cards :devious:
Sinister would bump the deck to 43, and with no way to dump it ... Im looking at a card that is a 1 / 43 chance grab. Although ... it would help me tons with Feathers and Monster Reincarnations. Maybe losing 1 Monster Reincarnation wouldnt be so bad ....

PS. Yea ... YuGiOh has some strange technicalities. The rulings ensure that noone is creative when it comes to designs. I designed a kickass OTK / FTK but 1 measly rule made it impossible. Especially when DM6 rulings made it seem like that was a rule. A nomonster, no damage, no attack FTK using 3 unrestricted cards. (well ... 1 is now semi restricted).
blast is really cool, but i think magical marionette may be better. i now blast can get under MoP, but that's not the point of the deck... marionette can remove any monster, f/u or f/d, and it requires 1 less spell counter.
anyway, maybe a ceasefire somehow? it'll flip library f/u same turn so you can start doing your thing. also negates those jerk flips like cyber... etc!
hrm... a SorL for a last will? only cause you don't have too many cards to work with last will that i see... especially with turtle down to 2 :o
Actualy I was thinking of marionette but I think the tribute aspect of it kills its playability. So I designed a Marionette Control deck. Its so pimp, but I havent gotten around o posting it. No Cyber. Maybe Mophing Jar if I can free it up from one of my other decks. Ceasefire kinda sucks much, especially when I can just play RML and then play LLaB and get a counter as well.
