All around, Blowback. It's effect is great and he has a decent attack for a 1 tribute monster. Got a Nobleman of Crossout in your hand, but don't want to waste it yet: flip. Your opponent just set Mirror Force and you want to hit him: flip. He really is pretty broken. I took out a mobius in my deck for him because he isn't a sure shot, i'd say he works about 80% of the time and it works every turn and isn't restricted to s/t cards.
Now that you added more... my vote goes to Horus Lv 6. Such a nifty and fun monster. You can play Messenger of Peace and stuff like that, and it can still attack. It laughs at Lightning Vortex, Enemy Controller etc. Plus in advanced Format, you can use your dark hole while its out for a clear field to attack with. Also, it brings out the best LV monster in the game currently, Horus Lv 8.
I Recently put Gaia the Dragon Champion in my Dragon deck. I vote for Gaia; the Fierce Knight. He doesn't have any effects, but I like him. He's an oldie, but a goodie. *Chuckles*
Although Blowback is very wicked, I personally would choose Silent Swordsman LV 5. Nothing wrong with Blowback Dragon, but its useless for someone who has bad luck. Therefore, I choose SSL5 and Freed the Matchless General as a close second. Blowback is the best (with some luck) in any other scenario, however. Enjoy ^_^

a mott the hoople fan here? my friend likes mott ^^
anyway, yeah freed slaps blowback in the face..... ofcourse it depends on your deck though.... so erm, yeah
ok well I like blowback dragon but it is a bit slow and if you target a trap card I can still activate the trap card before it is destroyed. I think as far as playability silent swordsman is the best. its presence is hard to kill seeing as you cant use spell cards on it. meaning that your opponent cant take control of it via snatch steal and other simular effects. it also can be searched from your deck via silent swordsman lv 3 which can also be searched via ROTA. so as far as playability silent swordsman wins. it will see more play on can maintain field presence long enough to do searios damage to the opponent. it also doesnt hurt your hand because it can be summoned from the deck. and really I know that silent swordsman lv 3 only has an atk of 1000 but it can't be targeted by opponents spell cards and with protection its only requirement to lv up is to be face up on the field during the standby phase that it hasnt been summoned special summoned of flipped face up. and with call of the haunted it turns a duel around.
