I give for tournament play: reinforcements of magic and technology.
calculated to defeat two problems with machine decks: compensation with defense tech, to ruin higher attack monsters. additional destruction of face down m/t, my mahines have all fallen before the same cards, magic cylinder, ring of destruction, and torrential tribute. But I feel that the dust tornados and added focus on xz tank cannons ability should be the solution to my metagame problems.

Ok.... i think this has a good balance of light and dark for use with the two chaos sorcerer... if you need more light grab 1 D.D. Warrior Lady and pull out a cannon soldier, but cannon soldier helps dump when you need to. you can meta a lot of the the monsters too.

I don't think you need the Sword of revealing light and sword of concealing light this deck will probably play pretty aggressive. Soul exchange isn't really needed either maybe get in some book of moons and a hammer shot. It's just preference, but when i play metamorphosis i like to include scapegoat it's a real tech friendly card and you can even just play it.... but i would also consider Creature Swap. I'd mess around with swap and putting and taking out searchers if i was you.. i don't know what the speed will be like.
off the top of my head your traps don't look too bad maybe a torrential tribute but that's completely up to you.... i hope i didn't change the deck too much... i just wanted to make it more spellcaster/machine... it's up to you to make it flow more
I played this deck and learned it's few remaining flaws....
1. night assailant x2: night assailant is a awesome form of monster removal but there is a flaw In that not running sangan to search for a copy. thereby making the discard loop on xz tank cannon next to impossible for this deck. also offensively they do nothing or that removing them from play with chaos sorcerer makes me feel guilty that I won't be able to create the discard loop.
2. the balance of light and dark: bls is a creature of light so it's ratios seem balnced. but chaos sorcerer is darkness and because of this the ratios can not be the same as bls ratios and darkness must outway light ratio (the chaos monsters don't really count for their attribute when you do the attribute balance count)
3. Traps....Traps!!!...more Traps!!!! in my meta everyone sets their entire hand to frustrate the opponent with the standard traps I hate torrential tribute because of the constant summoning I must perform... I hate mirror force and magic cylinder... even ring of destruction has become a ruthless enemy of my machine deck.
To counter this I attempted to use a array of m/t removal balanced with my monster removal. outside of the cylinder my enemy traps are unchainable and that could be pulled to my advantage.
what I descovered is that big bang /giant trunade accomplishes those goals and gets my oppnents field clear enough for me limiter. And while this is known as the ben kai tactic my machines when equipped with shot will get +400 atk and trample in turn I can add limiter removal to this and trample with limiter while doubleing my monsters attack +800 points (limiter shot) Thus creating a win condition beyond the capabilities of ben kai and vloser to a updated version of the classic machine kill tactics.
so prepare yourselfs my dark magicians I have your spell books and power staffs
for the battlefield you must hold out a little longer reinforcements are on their way and the death of outr foes shall soon be at your hand!! This is a war of mechcromancy this is battle of magic and technology.

I'm taking this one tournament on saturday: a summoner destroyer deck. This deck can pull a beatstick out of a hat in some very unpredictable magical ways
but first the origins of reinforcements of magic and technology:
It started as a machine deck: gather up x head cannons and limiter removals in threes then I was told to find 3 of the elusive mechanical chasers. expensive chasers at 1850 attack how could these things be considered superior my x head cannons? There stats are two low I need a 1900 atk monster to stay competitive.
Then as the insidious laughter of jinzos echoed over me. a great spellcaster came to my aid promiseing to replace the need for chaser and grant me the capability of summoning a jinzo smiteing dark magic legend. proceding into the bowels of the gameworld with my trusty soldiers behind me I previewed rise of destiny while everyone else was shining over soul of the duelist. fusilier came my attention almost instantly and I counted down the days until I could finally own 1.
Then in a forum someone stated that x head cannon is useless outside of xyz machine deck. discouraged I found 2 shining angels 2 z metal tanks and 2 xz tank cannon fusions since y dragon head and his fusion forms have never appealed to my taste.
so after many changes here I am back at square one where the decks core monsters prepare themselves. again I say this summoning in a bag of tricks practically any hand here gives me plenty of options.
