Now that I have a little more time, I can actually work on this...
So first of all, the point of this deck is to use many of the strongest fusions in the game into one deck, and not make it a themed fusion deck. That's how I'm going to change it, and that's how we should be fixing decks anyway. The biggest fusions in your original post were Cyber End Dragon, Master of Oz, and Dark Paladin. the least playable of these though, is the Dark Paladin, since it's a give-go card. After you spend the resources summoning it, you'll be paying more to use it's effect. Not worth it, really. The pieces are also hard to make use of, and this deck doesn't need any pointless tribute monsters.
2 Big Koala
3 Cyber Dragon
Big Koala is the best of all your tribute monsters, and can take down quite a bit. Some dump and revive isn't a bad idea at all. Cyber Dragon are easy drops that shouldn't be a problem to summon anyway. They stay.
3 King of the Swamp
2 Spirit Reaper
2 Zombyra the Dark
1 The Forgiving Maiden
1 Sangan
1 Cyber Jar
1 The Dark
1 The Light
1 The Earth
1 Cyber Stein
The monster selection is basically the same as my first crack at this, though since I've decided Dark Paladin isn't worth your time, the pieces came out in favor of Master of Oz. The possible fusions for this deck are Master of Oz, Cyber Twin/End Dragon, The Last Warrior from Another Planet, St Joan, Reaper on the Nightmare, and Sanwitch. It's quite possible to get out one first turn, what with 11 Materials and 6 substitutes. The pieces of which are all useful independently.
3 Polymerazation
2 Fusion Recovery
2 Messenger of Peace
1 Dark Hole
1 Snatch Steal
1 Premature Burial
1 Heavy Storm
1 Nobleman of Crossout
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Scapegoat
1 Refusion
1 Reload
The magic selection is the same, save the Trunades. I personally love Trunade, I run 3 in 2 of my decks, but this deck doesn't have room... I liked Power Bond too, but it's not flexible enough a card. I added the Reload to try to take care of hand problems, a totally dead one, maybe.
2 Royal Decree
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Call of the Haunted
Sakuretsu and Bottomless run awry nowadays. Since you're only running the 2 main power traps, the 2 Decrees should help you more than hurt you.
As for the overall deck, it's suppose to have a decent Level4/below selection, so the fusions shouldn't come first turn. It's best to wait etcetc. If a fusion is destroyed, more than half the Monsters here can be special summoned from the grave, assuming you didn't use any Hex fusions. The Hexes themselves are flexible, either for its second effect or just as a Fusion sub. The 2 Fusion Recovery are obvious, since you'll be losing your hand fast, and may not be able to keep field presence for long, it's good to have some insurance. That about covers it I think. Or did I go wrong somewhere...?
:) Thanks iViE, iwas wondering though if he should use a wroughtweiler, to bring back more polys. Here's the deck that we came up with since so many were not responding;

Wroughtweiler(2)
Magician of faith
Nimble momaga(3)
Spells:
Polymerization(3)
Power bond(2)
Limiter removal
Pre-mature
Swords or revealing light
Smashing ground(2)
Messenger of peace
Creature swap
Fusion recovery
Nobleman of crossout
Traps:
Call of the haunted
Compulsory evactuation device(2)
Sak armor(2)
Barrel behind the door
We came up with a machine theme fusion deck. Nible mom's offer protection and help lessen the blow of cyberstein. Cyberstein allows us to keep every fusion monster in fusion deck. Power bond doesn't double, it increses by the same nuber of original attk, so limiter will still double and the other points are added in after, it's the same deal as with megamorph. Which we are trying to get in there for that reason. If anyone has any suggestions on that. Please rate and suggest on this deck as well. iViE, we will beta your deck as well, he likes to use many different fusions, so your deck is definitately helpful. If you could post another suggestion on what you think of this deck. Also if anyone here wants to check out a really strange deck i've built. I quote more than one reader says it's genius, and you'll see the posts if you check it out. Well i hope you do, i'm very proud of the strategy i designed and everyone who took the time to see it explained on my first post really liked it. hope you enjoy, please post a response and rating. That way i know someone read it. Thanks. :)
