I don't find this deck stupid at all, its very intresting. 33 monsters would normally be insane to run, but atleast all of them are normal, you also provided youself multiple defensive monsters to help you stall for awhile and prevent your opponent from hitting your lifepoints with most beatstick monsters. The major thing that will hurt this deck the most is Deck Devestation Virus, though rarely main decked or side deck you can lose most of you low ATK high DEF monsters, from you hand, field, and deck, but good thing you don't see it to often.

Soul Tiger and Battle Footballer, can really help you against your opponents nasty 2100 ATK Cyber Dragons that we see almost everywhere.

Reload helps when you don't have Heart of The Underdog in your hand by searching it out, A great replacement later for this card would be Magical Mallet when the Chazz Duelist Packs come out. ^_^.

Exchange of the Spirit really helps revive this OTK/FTK, decktype so when you get into hardcore discarding after using HotUD multiple times you'll be able to send you cards from you grave back to your deck, since every now and then you'll see Exodia's body parts going bye, bye into that heavenly place above your deck. Exchange of the Spirit will at least give your Exodia a 2nd chance at existance and
oblitorating your opponent for the win.

thanks for the comments. yeah deck devestation would hurt this deck but would help fill the graveyard for me. but i think that this deck can do well, not regional worthy but after some play testing we will see.

wich one do you focus on more,if exoida take out one random normal monster for an emmeasy of the afterlife. nice deck,gets a 9/10 in my books,thanks for the rating and fix on my thread dude.

I like it but I would drop the footballers for gear golems.

I like the deck idea it sounds awesome but yeah I be concerned for the head. Sure you got two win conditions (Exodia or Exchange of the Spirit) but if I lost my Exodia head and my opponent destroyed Exchange before I could activate it, I would be in trouble. I suggest maybe swap a reload or MAgical Merchant with Monster Reincarnation. That way since you get a big hand from doing the whole Heart of the Underdog trick, you can use it to get back pieces especially the head.

the emmissary's would get in the way of heart of the under dog. as would the gear golems. the monster reincarnation is a posibility or i could put in feather of the pheonix so i can get the head or exchange.

Excellent idea as far as exchange of the spirit, I run an exodia deck too and I have one in there as a backup for if my PoA's and backupsoldier's, etc.

what does heart of the underdog do, though?

I would just run all normals except exodia head and 3 heart of the underdog's.

the heart of the underdog says that if you draw a normal monster during your draw phase that you can show that to your opponent and you can draw another card. so basically as long as i keep drawing normal monsters i keep drawing. so i can win either by drawing exodia or activating exchange after i discard some cards from my hand or magical merchant is flipped and puts a lot of cards in the grave.

the reloads are helpful to get some cards that i want, just incase i don't get heart of the underdog or exchange or exodia.

Thanks for the R/F on my thread. I would also suggest you add in either monster reincarnation or feather of the phoenix to get that head back just in case.

well dude, that is what exchange is for (of course if that goes off i win probably win any ways. and if i add any more spells or traps in here that would take away from heart of the under dog and magical merchant. the only other card i might consider is pot of avarce but probablly not. this is your typical search for exodia deck with back ups, dark factory, emmissay's, and what ever else you want to use.

wow, no wonder you didn't get it. exchange of the spirit is another win condition. it was the promo from the last sneak peak and is in this month's shonen jump.

it is a trap card that in order to activate it i have to have at least 15 cards in the grave yard and pay 1000lp. it switches the cards in your deck with the cards in the grave yard. so if i am able to get 15 cards in the graveyard and my oppenant has none or maybe five hopefully. then i will have 15 cards in my deck and they will have 5 or less, so my opponent will deck out and i win.
