If you seriously intend to run Tsuku Lock, try out my trap set-up. With the froggies, you'll learn that the water art is Painful. It's a confiscation in response to their draw. More than one is too much, unless you're running the 3 Hydrogeddon, then it's kindova okay to run 2.

Humm... Maybe I could try but maybe if I put in Mother Grizzly's would it help more you think??
I'm not a fan of scapegoat I understand it's designed to be chainable. but it can clog your field and cost multiple turns. But I'm guessing you need to do so to free up the froggy mix. In which case maybe messenger of peace would be good here since you can just choose not to pay the cost when you want frog summoning but you'll probably need something like peace to combat a hand full of monarchs.
The one Grizzly is a lifesaver. Two is almost too much without another target or 3 froggies.
Tsuku lock should only be tried in a deck built to reduce the opponent to topdecking as fast as possible. Try running no more than 3 1-0's. If you don't, you'll find yourself topdecking more than the opponent, and that's not very beneficial to a 2 monster combo, specially when ones a spirit and ones got 900/400 stats.
Merchant is terrible in Tsuku Lock. Even running Monster Reincarnation, if you're thinking about it, drop the Magical Merchants!
